Our CEO
Emeka George Okoh is a seasoned business leader and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across banking, oil & gas, real estate, and export services. His career includes leadership roles at top institutions like Union Bank, UBA Group, and Skye Bank, where he led initiatives in operations, corporate banking, and energy finance closing major transactions exceeding $100 million.
As founder and CEO of 100th Energy Services Ltd, Brickwell Commodities Ltd, and Brickwell Alliance Ltd, Emeka drives growth through strategic insight and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and has completed advanced programs at institutions in the U.S., UK, and Spain.
A recipient of multiple industry awards, Emeka is also a passionate philanthropist, co-leading community empowerment initiatives with his wife, Barr. Rita George Okoh, focused on women and vulnerable populations.

Our Co Founder
Rita Ifeyinwa George Okoh is a respected Lawyer, Accredited Mediator, and Business Developer with expertise in tenancy law, family and probate law, corporate-commercial practice, and real estate. With a strong reputation for integrity and confidentiality, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to legal practice and business development.
Rita holds an LL.M. and LL.B. from the University of Lagos, along with a Diploma in Law from Lagos State University. She is also certified in mediation and online dispute resolution by institutions including the British Council, Mediate.com, ODREurope, and the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse.
She is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Staten Projects and Construction Ltd, currently expanding into Abuja’s real estate market through the “Staten Luxury” housing project. Rita also holds directorships in companies within the export and energy sectors, and has been a Mediator with Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse since 2019.
A recipient of several humanitarian and leadership awards, Rita is an advocate for youth empowerment and women’s advancement. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, National Association of Catholic Lawyers, and serves on the Panel of Neutrals at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse

Sunny Okenyen Asaka brings a wealth of experience across Banking, Business Development, Real Estate and Commodities Export. He has built a distinguished career at reputable institutions such as Chartered Bank, United Bank for Africa, Ecobank Nigeria, EMC Estate Managers and Brickwell Alliance Limited. Sunny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Lagos and ESUT Business School, respectively.
